Randall Dreger

Randall Dreger has come a long way, both figuratively and physically, since growing up in Vancouver, Canada.

Arriving in Australia in 1998 after a decade at the University of British Columbia, Randall quickly established himself in the finance industry and before long became a familiar face at Dolilta Home Loans.

Randall began his lending and management career with the Commonwealth Bank before joining Dolilta in November 2002 to focus on mortgage origination and broking. His primary focus is now home loans, both owner occupied and investment, and commercial loans.

Randall's experience in marketing, leasing, commercial, rural and consumer finance has built him a strong client base across regional and metropolitan Victoria.

Jack Chaffey

Working his way through the ranks in the lending and real estate industries has given DHL Stateplan Accredited Mortgage Consultant Jack Chaffey an absolute wealth of experience.

Starting work as a postage clerk with the State Bank of Victoria in 1972, Jack progressed to relieving assistant manager. He covered many of the local and surrounding branches from Ararat to Bacchus Marsh and Maryborough until the State Bank merged with the Commonwealth Bank in 1991. Jack remained with the CBA in relieving and permanent manager positions until late 2001.

He then moved into real estate before joining Dolilta Home Loans in 2006. With a broad range of professional and social interests, Jack has the background and knowledge of the local market to be able to provide just what his clients need.

An interest in sport, travel, building and furniture making all give Jack a diverse and interesting background that allows him to understand his clients' requirements and to build solid relationships that ensure the best outcome for all.

Paul Farley

Paul commenced his career in finance and lending services in 2000.

Sound experience has been developed and quality financial service is provided to all present and potential clients.

Paul has Accreditations through a wide range of lenders dealing in all aspects of finance.

Paul also has extensive experience gained through 10 years in the insurance industry as an Account executive - servicing and providing a strong customer service for Commercial, Rural and Consumer clients with all their Insurance needs.

Wayne Hardy

With a strong focus on customer service, reliability and "finding the right home loan for you", Wayne Hardy is invaluable to the team at DHL Stateplan.

Having been appointed as Dolilta Home Loan's first Accredited Mortgage Consultant when it started in 2001, Wayne is proud of the growth and development experienced over the last decade. He credits much of this growth to the team's personalised customer service. "We treat every client the way we would like to be treated which means they keep coming back," Wayne said.

This keen Hawthorn supporter has been in the finance industry for 22 years so has the experience and knowledge to find the right product for each client.

Wayne, who enjoys an early morning walk, is married to Karen and has a young son, Campbell, who is already a member of the Hawthorn Football Club.
